I need the item to arrive by a certain date. Can you guarantee it?

We work hard to get your items out of the door asap but can't guarantee arrival dates. Each item is made-to-order specially for you. It may take longer to arrive during these busy holiday periods - Christmas, Valentines, Mother's and Father's Day. Shipping delays due to postal congestion, bad weather, or situations are beyond our control. I can't refund if an item does not arrive on an "expected due date". Please check our ESTIMATED dates before ordering. I can customize a "your present is on the way" printable gift placeholder card. You can email, message or put it in a gift bag for your recipient. Sample: tinyurl.com/giftontheway

Can I Make Changes, Cancel, Return or Exchange? How About Damaged or Wrong Item?

MAKE CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS - To modify order, please let us know within 2 hours after checkout. RETURNS & EXCHANGES - Each item is made-to-order and we don't keep stocks. We don't accept returns, exchanges or refund requests. Feel free to message me with any questions, before ordering. DAMAGED & WRONG ITEM - Take a photo of the damaged or wrong item showing the design clearly and contact me within 30 days from delivered date. I will send you a free replacement promptly. You don't have to return the item. Please message me asap if you have any quality or shipping issues, because I am 100% committed to you being happy. If you don't give me a chance to help, I can't help, and so many issues are solved just by contacting me :)

Do you have expedited shipping? (Mugs and Blankets Only)

Expedited shipping via UPS Ground or UPS 2-3 Business Day shipping are available for mugs and blankets. This DOES NOT expedite our production time. It only speeds up delivery time. UPS Ground takes about 5 business days to deliver. It may take 10+ business days for a handful of customers. I do not provide a money-back guarantee for expedited shipping if the shipping carrier fails to deliver by the estimated delivery date. Holidays, weather, limited transportation and volume of mail may affect their delivery time.

Please TRIPLE CHECK The Shipping Address

I am not responsible for lost packages if you input your address incorrectly or have moved. If you have paid using ApplePay, it is likely that it ignores your new shipping address. I will try my best to get the wrong address changed for you. However if it is shipped, I'm sorry I can't offer much help. Please contact USPS for assistance. I do not refund or resend the item for free, if it gets returned to sender, delivered to wrong address, forwarded to a different address or disposed by USPS. If you still want your item, please reorder with the correct address. Due to a rise in package thefts from people's mailboxes and porches, please provide a good address so your order can arrive safely.

My Order Is Marked "Delivered" But I Did Not Receive It!

Please verify your receipt to see if shipping address is correct. Check with family members, neighbors, management office if they are holding your package. Also check back porches, bushes, garage, mail box that may protect package from theft or weather. Packages are many times scanned in advance as delivered. Please wait to see if the package is delivered within the next 2-4 business days. You can ask your local post office for the GPS coordinates to see if it's misdelivered. If you still can't locate, it is likely that your item is stolen. Mail theft is a felony. Please contact USPS Postal Inspector or police to report the mail theft.

International Buyers outside of the US

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying.

How to track my shipment for USA and Canada?

Items may arrive in separate packages as I work with different partners. USA: - IDs starting with #92, #93 or $94, please check https://www.usps.com - IDs starting with #1Z1F, please check https://www.ups.com/track

Custom and Personalized Orders

Please include your personalization request in the "Notes To Seller" section at checkout. I can't make any change once the order is submitted to my production partner. I will message you if I have any questions about your personalization request. Please check your inbox in the next 48 hours for my message, if any. If you don't respond, I will send you 1-2 reminders. I may send your order without approval if I do not hear back from you. There will be no refund if I have followed your instructions stated in your order.

Can you gift wrap or include my gift notes?

Our orders are printed and shipped directly from our production partners' facilities. At this time, they are unable to offer gift wrapping or special note cards to be shipped with the item.

Happy Customer Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your order or have any issues, please contact me ASAP before you leave feedback. I will do everything in my power to make things right for you. I love 😍 to have happy customers 😊
