In the event that duties are unpaid by the buyer and the parcel is returned to me a refund will be issued for the purchase price ONLY minus shipping fees and any additional fees incurred. A refund will be issued once the parcel has been RECEIVED, undamaged and in its original condition.

Contents of parcels must be inspected and any damage reported at time of delivery.

All claims of non receipt of goods must be made within 90 days of the dispatch date.

I always ship to the customers Etsy address, if you address is not current and your item has been sent there I will not accept responsibility for the loss.

PACKAGING POLICY ;

Fragile items require adequate packaging to ensure that they survive their long journey to your door, this usually requires the use of some form of plastic based packaging.
I use secondhand packaging wherever possible.
I work closely with local shops and businesses sourcing clean, pre-used cardboard, bubblewrap and polystyrene, giving used packaging a second life rather than sending it to landfill.
