🌱 What You Will Receive
Prime-Ark Freedom blackberry plants
Quantity based on selection (2, 4, or 6 plants)
Healthy, well-rooted starter plants
Shipped with roots wrapped damp for safe arrival
Size may vary (see photos for reference)
📦 What to Expect Upon Arrival (Please Read)

Your plants have been in a dark box during transit and may show signs of shipping stress.

Upon arrival, your plants may:

Have dropped some or all leaves
Look slightly wilted or stressed
Appear smaller than expected (starter size)

👉 This is completely normal.

Plants often drop leaves during periods of darkness and shipping stress. This does not mean the plant is dead.

Healthy roots and stems will quickly push new growth once properly planted and cared for.

🌿 What To Do After Opening
Pot into a container or plant in well-draining soil
Place in partial shade for a few days
Gradually introduce to full sun
Water lightly (keep soil moist, not soggy)
⚠️ Before Assuming There’s an Issue

Please allow a few days for your plants to adjust after shipping.

If you have any concerns:
👉 Message us first and include photos
We’re happy to help and make it right if needed.

We want our customers to be happy with their plants. If your plant arrives damaged or you experience an issue upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photo documentation of the plant and packaging is required within the 7-day window so we can properly review the issue and assist with a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we cannot offer refunds or replacements without photos or for claims submitted after 7 days from the delivery date.

Please note:
• Plants may experience stress during shipping, including yellowing leaves, leaf drop, or temporary wilting.
• Dormant plants may arrive without leaves depending on the season.
• Small starter plants and plugs require proper acclimation and care after arrival.

We are always happy to help troubleshoot and work with customers to ensure the best possible outcome for their plants.
