All items are digital downloads only. No physical product will be shipped.

Q2: How do editable templates work?

Editable templates are available immediately after purchase. You will receive access instructions to edit your design online using your browser. You can: • edit text • adjust font styles (depending on template) • sometimes change colors (if enabled) • download and print your file No software or font downloads are required. Please note: Layout changes, graphics, and major design edits are not included unless stated in the listing.

Q3: Can you personalize the template for me instead?

Yes! I also offer personalized editing services. If your listing includes personalization: • send your event details after purchase • your file will be edited for you • the final file will be delivered within approximately 24–48 hours Minor text adjustments are included. However: Major layout redesigns, new graphics, size changes, or full custom artwork are not included unless purchased separately.

Q4: Can I use these files for commercial purposes or resell them?

All designs are for personal use only. You may: • print for your own event • share with your event printer You may NOT: • resell the files • share the files publicly • modify and sell the artwork • upload designs to print-on-demand platforms Because these are digital products, refunds, returns, or cancellations are not available once files are delivered or accessed. However, I’m always happy to help resolve any issue with your order 😊

Q5: What if I need changes after receiving my file?

Customer satisfaction is very important to me. Minor text corrections (such as spelling errors or small adjustments) can usually be updated if requested shortly after delivery. You can print your digital file in a variety of ways, depending on your preference and budget: • Local Print Shops – Most stationery shops, copy centers, or local printers can handle large format prints. • Online Printers – Trusted options include Walmart, Walgreens, Staples, FedEx, Vistaprint, Office Depot, and Prints of Love, where you can upload your file and choose materials. • At Home – For smaller sizes, you can print on your home printer using high-quality cardstock or photo paper. Materials Customers Commonly Use: • Foam board • Cardstock or poster paper • Canvas • Wood (some customers have successfully printed the design directly on wood for a rustic look)
