The shirts we offer are unisex sizing. We are not able to make returns or exchanges for size, so we recommend checking the measurements against a shirt you currently own for the best fit.

Custom and personalized orders

We take pride in our custom work. Due to the order volume, proofs are not sent automatically, and only by request. Proofs will be sent after purchase, prior to sewing.

You can wash your embroidery as normal! We recommend laying flat to dry for longevity, and a light iron can be used as needed.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not currently offer gift wrapping services. However, we are happy to add a special note to your order when shipping directly to the recipient!

Do you offer proofs and mockups?

We do offer proofs by request only. Due to the volume of orders, we do not send proofs automatically, this would need to be requested at the time of purchase on the order. Proofs will be sent after purchase, before sewing (typically 5-7 business days after order is placed). We do not offer digital mockups. These are inaccurate and do not reflect sizing and color well.

Waxed canvas has a naturally distressed appearance and will become more worn with time. This is intentional and adds to the charm of the piece. Colors will develop a natural patina as the bag is used and ages. This is not a defect, this is the style of the material and bag.

For personalization, choose thread color and favorite monogram. Our favorite way to personalize this one is with a tone on tone thread, but you do you! Brown thread shown in image. Monograms are 1-1.5 inches tall and will be sewn as typed, so double check your order! Typical monogram order for same size lettering is First-Middle-Last. For larger center monogram, typical order is First-Last-Middle. For 2 letter monograms, First and Last are typically used. For one initial monogram, first or last can be used as desired.
