We recommend washing with COLD water, gentle cycle with bodysuit inside out. This will prolong the life of the garment and design.

When will my order ship?

Typically, we ship next day from when the order was placed Monday - Friday. However, there are a few exceptions including holidays or peak season where we work very hard to get all orders out as quickly as possible.

We offer a rush fee to rush your order's processing time. This DOES NOT affect shipping times. We ship all items USPS.

Custom and personalized orders

Errors sometimes occur. We strive for excellence in every aspect of our business. However, if we make a mistake let us know immediately and we will do what we can to correct it! We do appreciate your understanding. :)

How many revisions do I get with custom orders?

We offer 3 design changes. The first would be the one you select initially.

How long do I have to approve the proof on a custom order?

We typically create proofs within 12 hours to your Etsy inbox. You have 2 days to "approve" the proof as it was created at your requested font and colors. The sooner you approve, the sooner we will be able to ship the order. If we have not received any feedback we will ship your order as it was requested. Our shipping requires that we send your order within 2 days from purchase.
