Do you offer Custom or Personalized items?

Yes! Send me a message if you want a custom design! IMPORTANT: Custom orders cannot be changed once placed, so please be absolutely sure your spelling and text is 100% correct. Photo proofs and size charts are provided for buyer approval on every custom design prior to purchase (via Etsy message or in the custom listing). Refunds will not be given due to buyer error, dissatisfaction with the item upon arrival, or incorrect size selections. Refunds or replacements will not be issued unless the items are defective or damaged. Photographs of defects/damage must be provided within 14 days of receipt. If there is ever a problem with a custom order please let me know as soon as possible!

Do you ship outside the United States?

I do not ship outside the United States at this time. Maybe someday!

Do your items use vinyl stick-on designs?

No! All of my items are designed and printed using the highest quality sublimation and Direct-to-Garment printing processes available in the industry today. These designs will not peel, crackle or fade.

If something goes wrong with my order, what is your Return or Refund policy?

If an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact me within 14 days of receiving it and provide photos of the issue. My sincere hope is that you will allow me to send you a replacement. If replacing your item isn't an option, I will give you an immediate refund. Please be sure to select the correct size for apparel. Refunds or exchanges are not provided for items purchased in the wrong size. Size charts are provided for every item. Measure a favorite item you already own to help you pick a size. See the "Custom or Personalized Items" and "Discounts for Wholesale" FAQs for policies on CUSTOM and WHOLESALE, resale, or large orders.

Delivery times on Etsy are estimates based on printer production schedules and shipper guidelines. No one gets more upset by slow shipping than I do! However, I can't make delivery date guarantees because I don't control USPS, DHL, etc. Please order early to allow for delays. Refunds will not be provided for orders that are shipped within the estimated production window posted in each listing, but arrive late due to an unforeseen delay with the shipper. Express Shipping options are available on certain items. I cannot guarantee arrival dates for Express Shipping orders, but I can say it provides faster service than standard shipping.

I entered the wrong address on my order. What do I do?

Always doublecheck your shipping address prior to placing your order! I will work with my printing partner to try and correct your address as soon as you let me know, but sometimes it's too late. If your item is "returned to sender" due to an incorrect shipping address, I am not responsible for replacing the product and will be unable to issue a refund. All items that are "returned to sender" are shipped back to my printing partner and I have no way of recovering them. If this ever happens, please message me immediately so we can work toward a resolution.

Do you offer discounts for wholesale or large orders?

If you're interested in placing a wholesale order, send me a message with your inquiry. I can't always offer deep discounts but I will do my best to earn your business! IMPORTANT: Wholesale, large orders (20 items or more), or orders placed with the intention to resell items once received are final once placed. Photo proofs and size charts are provided for buyer approval on every wholesale or large order prior to purchase. Refunds will not be given due to buyer error, dissatisfaction with the item, or incorrect size selections. Refunds or replacements will not be issued unless the items are defective or damaged upon arrival. Photographs of defects/damage must be provided within 14 days of receipt to initiate a customer service claim.

2024 Holiday Shipping Deadline

This year's holiday shipping deadline is December 7th, 2024. Order placed after that may not arrive in time for Christmas. Order early to make sure your gifts arrive in time! Buying a gift and having it shipped straight to the recipient? Include a Gift Message, available during checkout. Your note will be printed and included in your shipment. Sorry, gift wrap is not available. Maybe someday!

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
100% cotton and excellent quality printed designs
Medium-weight fabric (6.1 oz/yd²) made from pre-shrunk cotton that is dyed after the shirt is sewn and constructed. This gives it a soft color and broken-in appearance.
* Props used in photos are NOT included with purchase.
* Made using 100% US cotton that is ethically grown and harvested.
* Design uses a distressed overlay to give it a vintage appearance. It is NOT a defect.

PRINTING METHOD:
* This is a Direct-To-Garment (DTG) printed item. The design WILL NOT CRACK and WILL NOT PEEL like rubbery vinyl heat-press designs.
* The ink is printed INTO the fabric, not sitting on top of it. Actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

CARE INSTRUCTION:
Turn your shirt inside out before washing on GENTLE cycle. Machine wash cold (max 30C or 90F); Non-chlorine bleach as needed; tumble dry on low heat; avoid ironing directly on the design; do not dry clean.
