Are animal allergens present on items from this shop?

I try to keep products as clean as possible but they do come from a home with several animals. Very small amounts of cat and dog fur/dander may be present, especially on fabric items like clothing. This should not pose a significant allergy threat, but use your best judgment based on your own needs! Additionally, felted figures are made from real wool fibers (mostly from sheep, potentially some alpaca).

What kind of shipping materials are used?

I do my best to minimize unnecessary packaging. I try to avoid plastic, and I use 100% recycled and/or recyclable materials as much as possible. I will sometimes re-use packaging materials that prints/pins originally arrived in when I ship them to you. There's no extra frills here; it's not the most stylish but it's better for the planet and our peace of mind!

Will you replace items lost in the mail?

Once an item is mailed it's out of my hands, and I suggest following the guidance on the USPS's lost mail webpage to try and recover it. That said, I'm usually willing to replace stickers and postcards if I have enough in stock and you ask nicely :) For other items I can provide a small discount code in case you want to purchase another.

Will you stock other shirt sizes?

My block printed clothing is all on thrifted/secondhand items, so the sizes/colors/styles are dependent on what I can find! I try my best to source a wide range of sizes, so if yours is not currently available, check back in a couple of months. (Or message me to talk about ordering a custom-printed new shirt) My print-on-demand clothing has all available sizes enabled.

Can you do bulk discounts/wholesale orders?

Items like stickers, prints, pins and charms are usually available for wholesale (per-item minimums from 10-20 depending on product). Options for other items can be discussed. PLEASE EMAIL hello@asterwild.com if you are interested in bulk or wholesale orders.

These are direct-to-garment printed on Comfort Colors brand shirts, which are 100% ring-spun cotton and have a relaxed fit. Your new shirt may have an odor upon arrival; this is just a side-effect of the printing process and should clear up with washing and/or airing the shirt out for a couple days.
