I cant find my digital file?

Digital items, are available as soon as the payment has been proceed. You can find your digital files in your 'purchases/orders' section when accessed on laptop or computer. Unfortunately, they can't be accessed when using phone app. If you still need help accessing your files, please send me a message.

What felt do you use?

I use 100% wool felt, which is durable, won't lose it's shape or have piling (unlike mixed wool felt or acrylic felt), washable, safe for little hands and will withstand hours of imaginative play.

What language are the sewing patterns written in?

All my patterns are written in English.

Why patterns don't tell me how much felt I need?

The quantity of felt required for your project isn't specified in the patterns since they are highly adaptable and can be customized with your choice of colors. To determine the amount of felt needed, use the A4 paper templates: cut them out and arrange them on a new A4 sheet, tracing as many times as you need for each piece. Felt sheets typically come in A4 size, so if you need four cake slice bases and one A4 sheet fits them, then one A4 sheet of felt per color is what you'll need for the bases. If you're unsure about the amount of felt required, feel free to message me, and I'll assist you as best as I can.

Can I order custom and personalised felt food?

Certainly! Any items displayed on my page can be crafted into a ready-made playset or gift. Additionally, I accept custom orders, so if you're looking for something specific that isn't showcased on my page, please reach out. I can post items within the UK or to various locations worldwide. Send me a message, and I'll see what I can do for you.

Can I get a refund for a digital pattern?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, I do not offer any refunds for digital download patterns but I can exchange them to a different pattern.

Can I sell items made from the purchased patterns?

All patterns are designed from scratch by me (Diana) under FeltyTreatsUK® trademark and I retain all intellectual property. My patterns are for personal use only. I do not give permission to sell or resell of any of my patterns, my digital files, or any physical products made using my patterns.

Can I use templates on cutting machines, for example, Cricut?

All my patterns are designed for hand cutting, that is why I can't guarantee any compatibility with cutting machines.

Why patterns don't include tutorial on stitches?

It would be very hard to show sewing stitches in photo format that is why I have several social media pages where I show all the sewing stitches I sew in a slow step-by-step video tutorials. If you need any help with sewing stitches please find me on social media (same name - FeltyTreatsUK) or send me a message and I will navigate you to the right tutorial.
