What colors do I have to choose from?

Right now we're offering what's shown on our color chart that's included in the pictures section of each listing. If none of those work then unpainted comes sanded and ready to be finished at home. Please reach out if you have any questions!

What if my sign arrives broken?

We wrap and package our products as carefully as possible to ensure that they aren't broken when shipped. Unfortunately, it still happens sometimes. If your sign arrives broken please contact us within 24 with pictures of the broken sign, the box from different angles showing any damage, shipping materials, and the shipping label. You MUST hold on to all materials for inspection. I'm really sorry about this inconvenience. We will get the new sign going if we receive the above within 24 hours. We do our best to get it out as soon as we possibly can with the current workload. If you request a refund it will NOT be processed until the insurance claim on the sign has been approved via the shipping carrier.

Word cutouts do NOT come with hanging hardware, please read the description of the item you're ordering for information on how we personally hang our cutouts.
