Gift wrapping and packaging

Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, such as holidays, processing times may increase to 7–10 business days. Shipping within the USA typically takes 1–3 business days after shipment. International orders (including Canada) may take 10–20 business days, depending on location and customs. Please note that shipping delays due to carriers, weather, or high seasonal demand may occur and are outside of my control. Tracking information will provide the most up-to-date status.

Holiday Ordering & Delivery

For Christmas delivery, please place your order by December 10th to allow time for production and shipping. For all other holidays, please place your order at least 14 days in advance to help ensure on-time delivery. Please note that shipping delays due to carriers, weather, or high seasonal demand may still occur and are outside of my control.

Custom and personalized ordering

Custom orders require accurate details. Please follow the personalization instructions carefully and double-check all information before submitting your order to ensure everything is created exactly as requested.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me as soon as possible with a clear photo and a brief description of the issue. I’ll work with my print provider to have a replacement sent at no additional cost. I apologize for any inconvenience and will make sure this is taken care of quickly.

Custom Orders and Bulk Purchases

For custom designs or bulk orders, please contact me through the “Contact Seller” or “Request Custom Order” option. When requesting a custom design, include a detailed description of your idea. For bulk orders, please include the item, quantity, color, and size details. Most products can be ordered in larger quantities.

I was disappointed to see that the image of the ghost in the floatie on the back of the shirt is blurry and pixelated, despite the text being clear. It's obvious they made a smaller image bigger without paying attention to the image quality. From far away, it will look fine (as seen in the pictures in the listing), but if you get close at all it's clearly blurry. I was so, so excited for this shirt to arrive, so I'm just really disappointed that it's such a low quality image on the back. Update: The seller reached out right away and is working on a replacement. I will update my review when it arrives.
