4. Proofs: If you’d like to receive a preview of the design before it’s printed, please type "REQUESTING PREVIEW" in the personalization box along with your custom details. A preview will be sent to you as soon as possible for your approval.

To avoid any delays, please make sure your Etsy messages are enabled. In order to maintain our on-time shipping status with Etsy, we will proceed with production using the information provided if we do not hear back within 24 hours of sending the proof.
