• Filling the Pendant:

To fill the horizonral urn pendant, unscrew the cap with the accompanied screwdriver and gently pour a tiny amount of ash into the hopper using the small funnel provided. It is not required but advised to put a drop of glue to the screw tip before tightening to ensure a permanently airtight and waterproof seal.


• Cremation Urn Jewelry Care Guidelines

Our urn pendant stands apart from competitors as its screws are precisely designed to fit perfectly into the screw hole, negating the need for adhesive to securely close the pendant. However, we recommend using a water-insoluble adhesive for a watertight seal. This adhesive strengthens the threaded screw, ensuring the jewelry remains securely closed.

Please note that while we offer this advice, our company cannot accept responsibility for any damage that may occur due to excessive adhesive application. Furthermore, it is recommended to avoid exposing the piece to chemicals such as perfume, deodorant, or creams for long-lasting lusture and shine.
