All balloons arrive flat and uninflated. For best results: • Foil balloons can be filled with air or helium. • Latex balloons should be inflated until they freely float on their own. • Air-filled balloons do not float. • Helium is required for floating. Proper inflation dramatically improves both appearance and performance. 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐬: Actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, and manufacturer production batches.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package must be re-shipped due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply.

Once a package has been marked DELIVERED by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
