I would always appreciate a prompt payment, preferably within three days of ordering. If you have genuine difficulties with payment, please contact me as soon as possible so we can find a way to proceed.

If you are requesting a custom order, please contact me before ordering and paying. I try to accommodate requests as far as possible, but it's best if we can come to an agreement we are both happy with before you part with your money! It may be that we have several conversations, and exchange photographs and pictures, just to be sure that you are getting what you want.

If you have any concerns regarding sizes, materials, etc please speak to me before ordering - we can work all of these things out and I can make a special version of something if necessary. This is much easier and cheaper than returning and resending items at a later date!
