100% SOLID WOOD, HAND CRAFTED
No particle board or cheap assembly practices here. We craft and assemble each one by hand and finish each with a hand-applied multi-step durable satin polyurethane finish. After ensuring that everything fits and looks just right, we pack it for shipping.

Grain / Color NOTICE:

Because our furniture is crafted from solid real wood, there will be variation in color and grain pattern. Products in the images have been crafted from the same species of wood and stained with the exact same stain color as the product you will receive. However, because wood is a natural product, no two pieces are the same. Depending on an individual piece of wood and grain pattern, the stain may take more or less resulting in the color variation. While every effort has been made to supply you with the most accurate photographic representation, you should expect some variation in your product.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

Please know that your satisfaction is at the heart of our operations, and we aim to make your purchasing experience as smooth and fulfilling as possible. In the event that our product does not meet your expectations, be assured that we have a customer-friendly return policy in place. You have the liberty to return any product within 14 days of its arrival should you decide it's not quite the right fit for you.

Although we thoroughly believe in the quality and value of our offerings, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. Hence, if you need to process a return, a full refund will be provided, minus a 20% reverse logistics cost—a necessary step to cover just a fraction of the back-end service expenses.

However, please note that custom orders are made with your unique specifications in mind, and thus they fall outside of our return parameters as they cannot be restocked.
