Custom and personalized orders

Custom requests are our specialty, if you can draw it we can make it. If you cant draw it, we can draw it for you. We have a rich selection of Diamonds & Gemstones from all over the world and take an approach of no budget too small. If you want a unique one of a kind item with a price tag that will pleasantly surprise you look no further!

Most items will take between 4-8 business days to make, allow extra days around the busy season. Custom made orders normally take longer depending on the complexity of the order and if gemstones needs to be sourced before the work can begin.

We offer the possibility to pay in multiple partial payments, that way you can purchase an item in a pace most comfortable to you. You are welcome to contact us to discuss options.

We use standard US ring sizing, If you are unsure about your ring size in US ring sizing just message and we can help you Or you can purchase your item of choice and leave a note with your ring size in any other ring size scale or the inside diameter of a current ring in millimeters and we will convert it to a US sizing. If you don`t know your ring size then the best way is to visit a local jeweler for a professional measurement

Returning custom made items

Please note: Certain Items are subject to a restocking fee of %15-%20 in the case of a return for a refund or a size exchange due to the special nature of these items. These items are: All custom made items cannot be returned unless agreed by us. Eternity rings and all other rings that have a repeating pattern/texture as it is impossible to resize them later on. This includes eternity rings, celtic rings/braclet/ as well as any item that cannot be resized. Please make sure you know your ring size before ordering these items, Thank you.

All returns must be coordinated the store so you can receive correct instructions, Items sent back without instructions without proper labeling (as per instructions) will not be received and may even be lost in transit. Please make sure you communicate with us before shipping anything back to us.
