Do you accept returns?

Returns and exchange details Returns are not accepted but please contact me if there's a problem with your order. In the event we agree on a return the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is mine. Item must be postmarked within 3 days of initial delivery and the item must be unopened, unused and in original condition for resale. Refund, less original shipping, will be issued when item is delivered back to me. Please keep your tracking #. Used, open or items damaged after delivery to customer or during return shipping will not be refunded.

Tracking says my order has been delivered, but it didn't come to my address. What do I do?

In the event your package is marked as delivered, but you haven't received it, please let me know within 2 days so I can file a report with USPS or UPS to try and locate your package through GPS tracking. Waiting longer drastically decreases the chances of your package being located and retrieved and I won't be able to replace though I'll still file the misdelivered report with USPS for you.

Why can't I return Pillows, Sachets, and Catnip Toys?

I prioritize the satisfaction and well-being of my customers, as well as the safety of their pets. Pillows, sachets, and catnip toys are crafted to order and incorporate fragrant herbs that are most fragrant when freshly prepared for each individual customer. By not accepting returns on these items, I ensure that every customer receives a product made specifically for them, with the highest potency of fragrant herbs and that they haven't been exposed to smoke or pet dander.

Why don't you accept returns on essential oils and blends?

At my studio, ensuring the utmost quality of my products is my top priority. Unfortunately, once essential oils and blends leave my controlled environment and enter someone's home, I cannot guarantee their potency and purity. By adhering to this policy, I strive to ensure that all my valued customers receive the purest and most effective products possible.

Himalayan Cedar essential oil for aromatherapy, rituals and diffusers. Do you often feel stressed and anxious? Does a sound night's sleep elude you? A vial of cedar essential oil can help with all that!
Cedar has a woody aroma with a hint of spice and fruit. It blends well with citrus oils, giving them a base note that complements them. Also nice with rosemary, chamomile, eucalyptus, rosewood, bergamot, cypress, orange, clary sage, vetivert, ylang ylang and cinnamon. Great in most blends, gives them a spirited note, while helping them to last longer.

~ Aromatherapy properties and other uses
~Warming, uplifting, and toning.
~ Make a simple pillow spray with a few drops of cedar oil and distilled water.
Shake well before spritzing on bed linens.
~ Comforting and reviving
~ Confidence building
~ Grounding and inspiring at the same time.
~Long lasting, acts as a fixative making it a good choice for potpourri blends.
~ Place a tissue with a few drops on it in your closet. You can also put your empty cedarwood bottles, without the cap, in your closet.

~ A Caution
Avoid during pregnancy.

~ Listing is for one glass vial of pure, undiluted cedar essential oil. The oil is steam distilled and imported from India. Your choice of 1/4 ounce open mouth bottle or 5Ml bottle with a built in dropper. Clear vial is to illustrate color of oil.

This item is nonreturnable, but please contact me if you have a problem with your order. Blotter paper samples of essential oils and proprietary blends are available. Just send me a message.

Essential oils are powerful and should not be taken internally. Please consult your favorite practitioner or reference for instructions and precautions when using essential oils other than ways described above or when pregnant. Use with caution around pets as their systems are more sensitive than human's.
There are many good books out there on essential oils and aromatherapy. Do your research before using an oil you are unfamiliar with and stop using it if it causes an unwanted reaction, (everyone is different!) and please seek medical attention for any allergic reaction.
