We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. We understand that customer satisfaction is important, but due to the nature of our handmade-to-order products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns. However, we gladly offer exchanges or a future credit within 7 days of delivery. We kindly ask that the item be returned in its original condition. Please note that the shipping costs for returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a shipping method with full tracking to ensure a safe return.
