CAPE DESIGN and SIZING:
Each cape is made from quality washable satin, double sided with 2 colors. The felt design is made from eco-fi felt and sewn into place securely using high grade sewing equipment to withstand any adventure! Approximately 22 inches long, the safest length for young children. This cape is appropriate for ages 2-8. The neck closes with light weight velcro for safety. The velco is sewn into place to allow for durability.

*Holiday Shipping Nov/Dec 2020* The USPS is experiencing in their words, "unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of covid-19" We are finding this delay to be impacting many of the orders we have shipped. Though we shipped them early or on time, the USPS did not accurately estimate the delivery times and some items may experience significant delays. We can guarantee a departure date, and usually a delivery date if we are given enough time to fill your order. If you need something super fast, we can ship your items via express mail which will offer a guaranteed delivery date. However, during the current pandemic and significant mail delays we cannot make any guarantees beyond a departure date.

Most of our orders include delivery confirmation information. We will not be held responsible for orders where the details show the package was delivered. We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our capes. The capes are made from scratch in our workshop in Indiana. All the felt elements on the cape are sewn down. If a cape is personalized, either special heat transfer vinyl is used, or special heat transfer material that has been printed, and pressed with a professional grade heat press into the fabric.

This almost never happens! We pride ourselves on our capes and costumes being greatly loved. However, if you are not happy with your item for any reason, contact us within 3 days to initiate a return and we will gladly begin the process. The exception to this, is any item that has been personalized with a full name. We cannot accept returns on items with cull personalization.
