These are our popular queen loft bed plans. This is the same robust foundation that is used for our queen sized Bed Fort. The solid platform is ideal for a queen, full ,twin or twin-xl mattress. Utilizing a smaller mattress than queen sized will allow for additional room for a clock, books, toys, lamps, etc. Great for college dorms or cramped living spaces. Designed to support adults.

Inside The Loft: 81″W x 61″D x 18″H
Under The Loft: 81″W x 61″D x 54″H (from the floor to the bottom of the support beam for the loft)

Material Cost:
Around $345 from Lowe's or Home Depot (you could lower this around $100 if you substitute plywood for the 1x10 loft flooring)

Hands down, best customer service I've experienced!! Had a few questions along the way, and Andy responded promptly every time and was so helpful. We built two of these for our kids' rooms and had a lot of fun! The plans were thorough and easy to understand for us beginners. Definitely recommend!!!

Excellent plans that are both extremely detailed and simple to follow. Got this done comfortably over a couple of days and everything fit together with ease. Super sturdy with a neat rustic look that compliments our cabin.
