My package tracking shows delivered, but I didn't receive it!

Fortunately, this happens very rarely. Please understand that I am not responsible for a package once it leaves my hands. Please be sure your delivery address is correct and that your post box is secure before ordering. If tracking shows that it has been delivered but your package is missing, please check with others in your household, your neighbors, your postal deliverer and your management office if in an apartment before contacting me. Only then can we talk about working something out.

I will accept returns and exchanges of unused items only. I do not accept returns on custom products. Customer is responsible for return shipping to me. If a product purchased is defective, you do not need to return it but a photo is required illustrating the defect. I will gladly replace a defective item with an identical one at my cost.

How is Covid impacting shipping times?

Due to the pandemic situation, delivery times have become very unpredictable. Post offices and postal sorting facilities are understaffed during a time of increased volume. There are fewer outgoing commercial flights that normally would carry mail. Your package will have a tracking number to follow the progress of your order. Most mail is arriving in a timely manner but delays should be expected. All stock product orders are shipped within 2 business days by Blossom Stamps but the time they take to arrive is entirely out of my control. As a small business, I can not offer refunds for lost mail or delayed mail.

With proper care, your stamp will last for thousands of impressions! 1. Make several test prints before using on the final project. **An ink pad with a firm inking surface, such as Ranger Archival or Versafine is recommended for highly detailed or small stamps.** Pat ink pad down onto upturned surface of large stamps. 2. To clean, use a general purpose stamp cleaner such as Ranger Archival Ink Cleaner or Ranger Clear Stamp cleaner. Do not soak or scrub stamps. WARNING: Solvent based cleaners and inks such as Staz-On brand, should be avoided! Solvents will damage polymer stamps degrading the polymer. 3. Please store out of direct light. Don’t allow stamp to be compressed under heavy objects. May contain small parts and glass. Not child safe

Mounting service available - please message me if you want your stamps wood mounted.

Details: SMOOTH backed photopolymer (pictured) - NON-CLING backing, pale blue tint. Harder & more durable than cling-backed polymer. Great detail. Use unmounted (for clay, metal clay, polymer clay), mount to a wood base or mount temporarily to clear acrylic blocks (use cling foam, glue stick or double sided tape) for ink on paper. Mounting and use tips included.
3 sizes available. Fill the areas with as many stamps as you would like: 2.25"x3.5", 3.5" x 4.5" or 5.5"x7" sheets. See 3rd listing picture for an example.

DIRECTIONS:
1) CHOOSE SIZE. Place your BLACK images (no grays or super fine lines that look gray) onto a white background set at 300 DPI and sized at 2.25"x3.5", 3.5" x 4.5" or 5.5" x 7.0" . Do NOT flip images. Leave space between to cut them apart later.
2) Message me your (300 dpi), BLACK & WHITE art (no grays at all!) file as a pdf, jpg or png file. You will receive an uncut sheet of deep, unmounted stamps!
