If there are post office delays, can I get a refund?

I insure every single shipment both with the post office and a third party insurer. If your package is delayed by problems with USPS, or lost, you will receive a full refund if you cooperate with the insurance claims process. There is a period of time (based on whether the package was First Class or Priority) before the claim window opens and absolutely no refunds will be given before that time. I am required to have a buyer's affidavit in order to prove the claim is not fraudulent, and cannot finish the claims process without it. With your help, I am refunded so that I can refund you.

Bigfoot, or Sasquatch, is the shyest and most elusive of the Cryptids. This gentle giant is said to be able to turn himself invisible, which might be why he has eluded the hunters who track him through the dense North American forest he calls home. Knitted from my own original pattern with wool and novelty yarns, then felted for durability and cuddliness. Doll safety eyes are securely attached and felted in place, but Bigfoot is not meant for young children. Bigfoot is approximately 4 1/4" tall. Sasquatches are born in a smoke-free home. Bigfoot pictured is part of a large brood- the Bigfoot you receive will be the same yarn colors, knit from the same pattern, and just as lovable. Final photo shows Bigfoot's best buddy: The Yeti (available separately).
