Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are accepted, please contact me about it. Also please provide all necessary information for the custom orders ( colors, sizes, measurements and etc.). also please note that custom orders could not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

Please make sure that you are ordering right size slippers or pet bed. Customized orders are not accepted for a refunds or exchange. So please choose colors and sizes very carefully. If you are not sure about size or color - please double check it with me.

Care instructions are written in item description and also will be included in the package.

Colors in pictures might slightly differ from original because of lighting and other technical details ( monitor technical characteristics).

All packages are shipped with tracking numbers. Packages are shipped worldwide. Regular shipping takes 1-2 weeks to EU countries and 2-3 weeks to the other countries worldwide. Telephone number is required for DHL, Fedex and DPD shipments. Parcel will be delivered under signature, so make sure that you wrote your address where you can accept package. Telephone number is required for express shipping. If package will be shipped without telephone number and courier could not find you by the given address - package will be returned to me as undelivered, in that case - second shipping will be extra charged. If package will be returned to me as unclaimed or given address was incorrect - second shipping will be extra charged.

If package returns to seller because of not full or incorrect information was given (not full or wrong address, missing telephone number for express shipping), or package returns as unclaimed - second shipping will be extra charged. If customer refuses to pay for the second shipping - order will be canceled, and 70% refund for the item will be provided. Seller reserves the right to retain the value of the materials used in production (30% of the item value). Shipping cost for the first shipping will not be returned. If item was shipped with free shipping option - shipping expenses will be deducted from the value of item.

FOR DOG OWNERS:
L and XL size beds could be used for small breed dogs as well. Depending on the breed and body shape, dogs may require a larger entrance opening. Please feel free to contact me before ordering and I'll be happy to help you choose the right size.

EASY CARE INSTRUCTION:
The easiest way is to simply use a vacuum cleaner to collect dust and hair. You can also use a damp cloth to clean the stains. The cave can also be hand-washed in warm (not hot) water or in the washing machine using wool detergent, low temperature and gentle program suited for wool. After washing – form bed into bubble shape and leave it to dry. The cave naturally retains its rounded shape after drying. A hand steamer can be used to gently smooth out any wrinkles if needed.

PLEASE NOTE:
Each pet bed is handmade using natural olive soap. A light natural scent may be noticeable when your order first arrives and will fade quickly with use. If you or your pet are sensitive to fragrances, simply let me know when placing your order and I will gladly make your pet bed using fragrance-free soap.

This is our 3rd cat cave from this shop. Our cats LOVE her cat caves. Sadly, one of the cat caves got accidentally ruined, so we ordered another. Our cat is so happy to have her cave back. To give you an idea of how much our cat loves these caves, they are what we use to carry her to the vet and boarding facility. She will fight you tooth and claw if you try to put her in a crate, and stress and meow the whole car trip. But, put her in her cave and carry her outside? She calmy sits and relaxes in her cave while watching you. I can set her on the counter at the boarding center, and she won't run off. Everyone thinks it is so adorable how she happily hangs out in her cave. So, I highly recommend these to everyone I know with cats. They are amazing!!
