WHAT YOU NEED:
You just need to add milk (cow, goat) and you'll use common kitchen equipment (pot, colander, spoon, measuring cups and spoons). Everything more specific, is included in your cheesemaking kit.
Follow the instructions and in 30min to 5h, you'll be eating your own delicious fresh cheese, made in your own kitchen.
Pasteurized store-bought milk or raw farm-fresh milk both work - do not use ultra-pasteurized or UHT (Ultra-Heat Pasteurized) milk. You can use lactose-free cow milk for ricotta, queso blanco and paneer or soya milk for ricotta.
QUANTITY:
Our kit makes 10 batches of cheese (a lot!). Batches weigh over 1 lb.
You'll have plenty of supplies to experiment with different herbs, spices.
Dietary guidelines: This kit is gluten-free and vegetarian.
Shelf life: Minimum 1 year at full potential but can be use for a few more years with no risks.
