WEST VIRGINIA SAMPLER (four 2-oz soy candles)

Almost heaven, West Virginia is the only state that sits entirely in the Appalachian region of the United States. West Virginia became a state when delegates from the northwestern counties of Virginia voted to break away and form their own state in 1863. Known for it's beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, West Virginia is most significant for its logging and coal mining industries. Although we all know the Shenandoah River, thanks to John Denver, it is the Kanawha River, a tributary of the Ohio River, that is actually the largest inland waterway in the state. In fact, West Virginia was almost named Kanawha!

Included in the West Virginia sampler are:

Each 2-oz candle is made from 100% soy and has a burn time of 18-20 hours.

The candles come in a 4 x 4 x 2 white box, labeled on top. Our 2-oz tins can also be ordered in a lovely gift box, which is white with a clear top. The 4 candles are nested in shavings and finished with a gold or silver stretch bow. However, this gift box is heavier and requires more shipping.
