DIMENSIONS

Each letter is 5 inches tall. ("Cursive" letters are from 4”-7” tall). Once hung your phrase/letters will be about 4-6 feet across, depending on the phrase and the layout.

Spread your arms across like you’re flying. That’s roughly how much room the phrase will take up, with extra string on each end.

ADJUSTABLE LENGTH TO FIT YOUR SPACE

Hang it/string it with a dip in the middle and slide the letters closer together to fit a smaller space. Spread the letters out a bit more and pull the string taut for a longer length.

All banners come with enough cream cotton twine to string your entire banner phrase plus shapes. Divide it into 2 or 3 lines if you need it to fit a narrower space.

and we’ll do our darnedest to get it to you in time. We'll let you know in the
rare event that we cannot get it to you. Please always leave your need by date in the

Our goals is always to make sure you have your banner and decorations with time to unwrap, inspect, string, and complete your event decor. Keep in mind that if you purchase at the last minute, we may not be able to get it to you with a buffer. Best to order early. :)

SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR BUDGET OR SPEED

In a hurry? Choose the USPS PRIORITY option if your celebration is in less than 10-14 days away. The USPS guarantees 1-4 day delivery anywhere in the U.S. with Priority Shipping—that is the delivery time AFTER we’ve created your decor and shipped it out.

The default Standard Shipping is First Class USPS shipping which generally takes 4-9 days after we create and send it out. This method is free for orders over $35.00.

If you order over $35.00 and want to upgrade to priority, we'll pay for part of it---the amount equivalent to current first class shipping costs. Contact us to set this up. Unfortunately, there's no way on ETSY to do this automatically.

See our shop announcement----on the front page of our shop----for current production times and ALWAYS give us your need by date at checkout. We prioritize orders based on need-by date, in order to meet the needs of the greatest number of customers, especially during busy times.

If you tell us you don’t need your banner for a month, we may make other more urgent orders first. We base all of that on the dates our customers give us—we carefully read all of your notes to us! :)

If you gave us a distant need by date and, at any time, decide you need it quicker than you originally told us, simply contact us and we'll adjust accordingly.
