1. What does the graphic-asset license cover, and when do I need another license?

Unless stated otherwise, graphic asset listings include personal use for one purchaser and a standard, non-exclusive commercial license for one small business under one brand. Owners, employees and team members may use the files only for that business, including on a private shared device, drive, server or NAS. The business may sell unlimited permitted products across multiple storefronts under that brand. Attribution is appreciated but optional. Each separate business or brand needs its own purchase, even with a shared owner, household, equipment or storage. Please contact me about enterprise, software/app, online design or customization tools, corporate or other unlisted use.

2. Can I sell physical products or use a production partner?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to make and sell unlimited finished physical products, such as apparel, mugs, stickers, signs, stationery, packaging, printed or engraved products and other crafts. Use the graphics as supplied or with your own elements, but never include the original files or make them available to customers. You may privately send files to a print-on-demand service, printer, engraver or production partner solely to make permitted products for you; no separate license is needed. The partner may not retain, reuse, share or resell the files, add them to a public library or allow others to access them. You are responsible for choosing a partner that follows these terms.

3. Can I sell digital products or editable templates made with the graphics? (Canva, Corjl or Templett templates)

Yes, if the result is meaningfully different. Combine the artwork with your own text, layout, background, illustrations or other elements. Deliver it flattened, or permanently transform and integrate the artwork so it cannot reasonably be isolated, recovered or reused. It must not compete with or replace the original listing. For editable Canva, Corjl or Templett templates made with the graphic assets, the artwork must be flattened or permanently integrated so it cannot be selected, extracted, downloaded or reused. Text, photos, colors and personalization fields may remain editable. Recoloring, resizing, cropping, tracing, filtering, simple text or format conversion alone is not a meaningful alteration.

4. Can I use the graphics for client work?

Yes! You may use graphics in client projects when meaningfully altered and combined with your own elements. Flattened finals are strongly encouraged. In editable files, artwork must be flattened or permanently integrated so it cannot be recovered, extracted or reused. Clients need their own license for original files or independent reuse. Decorative branding is allowed, but primary logo, brand mark or trademark registration requires written permission. Message me on Etsy about a separate license. Approved use must meaningfully alter and combine the art with your own elements. Such a license does not ensure exclusivity or trademark eligibility. Exclusive rights require a custom-design agreement, subject to availability.

5. What is not allowed?

Please do not: • Resell, share, give away, sublicense or redistribute original files. • Sell original or lightly modified art as clipart, SVG, cut, laser or embroidery files, digital papers, brushes, resources or bundles. • Create competing products through minor changes. • Include extractable art in editable templates. • Upload files to stock/file-sharing sites, public design libraries, marketplaces or locations accessible to unlicensed users. • Claim the original artwork as your own or register its copyright. • Use the graphics as a primary logo or apply for trademark registration without written permission. Minor changes include recoloring, resizing, cropping, tracing, filters, simple text or format conversion.

6. How may I use a Canva, Corjl or Templett template purchased from Seaquint Design?

Purchase includes unlimited personal use and small-business commercial use for one end client. Personal: Reuse, customize, download and print for your non-commercial projects or events. Commercial: Customize it to make finished physical products for one end client in reasonable quantities. A production partner may receive only a flattened, print-ready production file. Your client may receive physical products and a non-editable proof, but not the editable template, access link, source/editable files or extractable elements. Please do not: • Reuse it for multiple clients, each new client needs a new purchase. • Sell digital products made from it. • Resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the template, files or link.
