Wholesale availability

We love our wholesalers! Please message us at carolyn@carolyndraws.com and tell us a bit about your shop. We will follow up and send you a catalogue.

Tracking numbers and upgraded shipping

All of our items (unless indicated otherwise) are shipped via Canada Post First Class letter mail. CANADA POST DOES NOT OFFER TRACKING ON FIRST CLASS LETTER MAIL. If you'd like your package tracked, please message us about purchasing a shipping upgrade BEFORE you place your order.

How long does shipping a card or pin to the US take?

Shipping cards + pins to the US can take 5-15 business days from the date your order is SHIPPED, but usually is faster. This does NOT include processing time before shipping but I do make every effort to ship promptly. Please make sure allow plenty of time for delivery of holiday items!

Why is there no tracking on my order to the US?

Unless otherwise indicated, we ship via Canada Post First Class Lettermail for two main reasons: Firstly, Canada Post's First Class Lettermail service is very ECONOMICAL, which saves you shipping fees. (Shipping upgrades are available for an extra cost but please message us about upgrades BEFORE making your purchase.) Secondly, shipping via Lettermail is generally reliable and often provides a simple workaround to potential cross-border delays that may arise in the processing of parcel transit (think duties, restrictions and/or tariff-related issues)

What's your favourite ice cream flavour?

I am more of a chips girl, actually. Love Ms Vickie's Lime and Black Pepper :)

Amazing customer service! Shopping from the US I wasn’t sure if this would arrive in time (my fault as I lost track of time at the end of the school year.) I received a prompt reply and while she couldn’t guarantee arrival date she got it in the mail first thing the next morning. It arrived one day later than needed but I will just save these for next year. Cute cards and one of the friendliest shops!
