You Do Not Accept Returns? Any Exceptions?

For sanitary reason I do not, but I will always make it right if there is a issue with craftmanship. Please contact me with in 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. If an exception is made for other reasons buyer pays shipping to return and it must be in original unworn condition, postmarked with in 3 days. Original shipping is non refundable, and any free shipping received will be deducted from the refund amount. I do have a 14 day repair/replace policy for EAR PLUG craftsmanship. Please send a detailed message with a photo.

What is a quantity of 1 when ordering plugs?

I sell all my plugs as a pair. Purchase a quantity of 1 to receive a pair (2 plugs)

I can’t find my gauge size. Do you offer most designs in other sizes?

Yes, for most I do and most likely already have it offered in my shop. Please contact me if you need assistance

When will my order ship?

I do personally make every item to order and processing times are listed for each item. Please contact me BEFORE purchase if you need it sooner to see if I can accommodate your needs.

Can hair feathers be washed and styled?

Sure! I do recommend low heat settings for longest wear

Wholesale availability

No. I am a small one person business that makes everything I sell. I do not have my items priced at a point that allows for wholesale pricing and do not offer wholesale discounts.

Will Priority Shipping make my item ship out faster?

Generally no. Choosing priority shipping is for transit time only. My items are made to order. Normal production/creation time is still needed, however I do all I can to create your item and ship them out as quickly as possible.

I will reach out to you. When this happens for incorrect address or not claimed I can collect postage to re ship your package to a corrected address or refund for item costs only. Sold in pairs dangle plugs with swirled cream pearl like center cap that has a low profile. Teardop charm has a tribal floral pattern and bead that dangles about 2" long.

Multiple sizes and plug materials available.
1. Clear acrylic screw back tunnels (shown in photos)
2. Crocodile solid wood plugs with o-rings
3. Surgical steel screw back tunnels

Top cap is 30mm for all sizes listed. The swirled pearl like center will vary from each other, but I will choose them so they match with the amount of swirl as much as possible.
