DIY Knight helmet No2 (2in1) template for EVA foam

Craft your very own medieval-inspired helmets with this 2-in-1 template set! WHAT IS INCLUDED
14-page print-only PDF file (digital template) set to print on US letter/or A4 paper size. All patterns are at a 1:1 scale, clearly marked and labelled with symbols and markers to give you a straightforward and pleasant crafting experience. Step-by-step drawings will help you with the most effective assembly order. Don’t forget to familiarise yourself with symbols, an edge-cutting chart, and recommended foam thicknesses on the explanatory page.

SIZE & FIT
All my DIY helmet patterns are designed to fit an average adult person, with a head circumference of approximately 57-59cm or 21-22in at 100% printing scale. But don’t worry—the PDF file includes a super handy and easy-to-read scaling chart. This chart allows you to adjust the size of the pattern to fit a smaller or larger head size by simply increasing or decreasing the printing scale.

EVA FOAM THICKNESS & QUANTITIES
To successfully build this project you will need:
- 8mm EVA foam: Minimum size 80x55cm (variant with moveable faceshield)
- 8mm EVA foam: Minimum size 100x45cm
Please keep in mind that the quantities above are the very minimum to craft just 1x helmet at standard size (100% printing scale). I highly recommend getting more foam - just to have extra material in case of any cutting mistakes or adjustments when crafting.

SKILLS LEVEL
Beginner - this is a perfect project if you have never crafted with EVA foam and just starting your foam-smithing adventure.
