❤ No refunds or cancellations are accepted for digital orders but you may cancel after 1 hour of purchase to receive a full refund.
❤ For printed orders that request a refund after receiving the 1st proof, a $40.00 design fee will be deducted from the total purchased price. No digital printable files will be sent or sold instead.
❤ Abandoned orders that have received a proof will not be refunded/cancelled after 30 days of purchase and will be marked as shipped and finalized.
