Custom and personalized orders
I am no longer doing custom orders. However, if you need a slight modification made to one of my designs, such as using a different earring wire, focal bead, or a different metal, please contact me before purchasing to see if I can make that modification.

Care Instructions
- Care should always be taken with jewelry. To ensure longer life for your pieces:

- Never wear jewelry while bathing or sleeping.

- Store jewelry separately in soft pouches or jewelry boxes to keep it from scratching or tarnishing.

- Apply lotions, hairspray, cosmetics, and perfume BEFORE putting on jewelry.

- Wipe your jewelry clean with a soft jewelry cloth after wearing to remove any residue from lotions, cosmetics, perfume, etc.

- When wearing stretch bracelets, always roll them gently on and off. Tugging or pulling hard can cause breakage
.
- Finally, remember, if jewelry is treated gently, it will last a long time.

Sizing details
Accurate wrist measurement is crucial for bracelets to ensure the best and most comfortable fit. The best way to measure your wrist is with a fabric tape measure. The measurement should be taken at the smallest part of the wrist. Please don't measure the length of another bracelet. It will not be an accurate measurement due to variations in different bead sizes.

 If the measurements you provide are not accurate, or if this is a gift and you are not able to provide exact measurements, I will be happy to adjust the size for a fee of $20 (shipping is included). If it is a leather bracelet and the length needs to be extended, there will be a fee of $30 to cover the extra cost of silver and materials.

How will I know the size of your pieces of jewelry from the photos?
Photos have been taken using macro settings for detail, and items may appear larger than they actually are. Detailed measurements are provided for each item, so please read the descriptions. 

I do my best to ensure that colors are represented accurately, but please note that different computer screens show colors differently, and there may be some variation from what you see on your screen.

Since my jewelry is made with real gemstones, the colors may vary from piece to piece, although I try to keep them as similar as possible.

Can you help me if I lose an earring?
If you ever lose an earring, don't hesitate to contact me. If I still have the components to make the earring, I will gladly make one for you for half the price of the original pair.

Do you guarantee your work?
I guarantee the craftsmanship of my jewelry to be free of defects. If anything breaks (due to craftsmanship), I will repair or replace it at no charge within the first three (3) months. After three months and up to one (1) year, I will repair (if possible) for a small fee + shipping or replace for 50% of the original price paid.

What if my elastic/stretch bracelet breaks?
I am happy to replace the elastic in my stretch bracelets for as long as you wish to wear them, regardless of the reason for breakage. I will issue an invoice through PayPal for shipping charges to return the bracelet to you once it is restrung.
