Custom and personalized orders

We do create custom and personalized orders, but they are generally more costly than the art that is displayed since it takes dedicated time from one of our artists to fulfill them. You can send us a convo and we'll see if that particular member of our shop is available.

If you wish to use our art to create a physical product for mass commercial use (500 units or more), please contact us to discuss a licensing arrangement.

Can I use your art for personal as well as commercial projects?

Yes, you can use our art for any personal projects you wish. For commercial projects, you can use the art for any physical commercial products for less than 500 units. The only exception to this is a product you've created that you want to sell in digital download form. Please convo us to discuss digital products. If you wish to use our art to create a physical product for mass commercial use (500 units or more), please contact us to discuss a licensing arrangement.

What if the downloaded art I receive is not the one listed in your shop?

Once in a blue moon, we upload the wrong piece of art. We're human and we make mistakes! :-( Contact me immediately and I will resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
