We strongly suggest placing all holiday orders as early as possible. This is our recommendation based on the current info provided by shipping carriers. Read on for more shipping details. PRODUCTION TIME (1-5 business days for most items)

We hand print each item to order. Production times are as stated on each listing - most items take 1-5 business days to make. Please order with plenty of time in advance to account for production + shipping time. In a rush? Choose an expedited shipping option at checkout to shorten the SHIPPING time. This does NOT rush our production time. Holidays may delay your order by 1 business day. We will do everything we can to help accommodate your event deadlines if you let us know! Need your order by a certain date? Custom and personalized orders

Personalization options for each item will be as stated on each listing. If you would like to *gently* modify a design we currently offer - for example, changing "Save Water Drink Champagne" to "Save Water Drink Bourbon" - there will not be an additional design set-up fee. Not all designs will be able to be modified, but please check with us if you have an idea! We cannot print any trademarked logos, characters or phrases, licensed designs, or any other shop or designers' work. All of our customized items are hand printed to order. We are not able to offer bulk discounts on every item due to the additional time it takes to personalize.
