Custom and personalized orders

Custom designs start at $20. When personalizing an item you must purchase the customization listing.

I offer discounts to orders of 6 or more ears. Free Priority Shipping on orders of 12 or more. Returnin customers will recieve 10% off.

Order turn around time

Order turn around time usually 2 weeks NOT including weekends or Holidays. This does not include shipping time. Larger orders (5 or more) will require more time to complete.

Returns are accepted but must be shipped within 1 day of receiving your item (s) with shipping receipt confirmation.

Custom and personalized orders

The bow color can be changed on the birthday ears. Request can be made in the note section when ordering.

Rush orders are usually available but will cost an extra fee depending on availability. Overnight shipping might be needed.

After items are shipped I am no longer responsible for the package. If you purchase insurance you can file a claim with USPS for lost, damaged or delayed shipping. I can only estimate shipping times and do my best to meet an arrival date. USPS Shipping delays are out of my control.

I ordered this on April 4th and it took until April 28th to reach me but that was PERFECT TIMING for me!!! This was a birthday surprise for my sister who is a Barista and for it to arrive exactly on her birthday was a little miracle! It is the most adorable headband that is so affordable! I am incredibly happy with this purchase!
