Will I receive a proof for my custom stamp? When will I receive my proof?

A digital proof is typically sent via Etsy message within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. The order will be shipped after the proof is approved. Please see below for production/turnaround times. A total of 3 proofs are included with each stamp. Additional proofs may require an additional fee. My office hours are currently 9am-5pm CST, Monday-Friday. Please understand that proofs and messages are typically not sent on weekends and holidays as these are not business days.

When will my order ship?

Custom stamp orders are shipped within 1-5 business days (typically 1-2) after the proof is approved. Stamps are shipped through USPS. Rush processing/rush shipping is not available at this time. Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been shipped. Requesting a shipping address change after your order has been shipped may result in a re-ship fee to cover the cost of re-sending the package.

How long will shipping take?

For orders within the US:: Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days *Shipping times or delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. For International orders outside of the US:: Standard Shipping: 2-4 weeks, varies depending on location and customs processing All orders are shipped via USPS, and most orders will receive a tracking number. International orders (outside the US) may be shipped via Asendia. Local pickup is not available at this time.

I need my order ASAP. How fast can you ship?

Do you offer Overnight or Express shipping?

Overnight/express shipping is not an option at this time.

Can you make labels or stamps using non-English language letters or special characters?

Most of the fonts used in my designs do support other languages and special characters, or I can usually find a similar font that will support your language. Feel free to send me a message if you want to double check to see if your characters/language is supported in the style you want.

Are self-inking stamps refillable? What happens when the ink runs out?

The self-inking stamps have the ability to be re-inked, or the entire ink pad can be easily replaced if necessary. Self-inking stamps typically last for up to 1,000 impressions before needing to be re-inked. Re-inking takes just 2-3 drops of ink to refresh the ink pad. Versacolor pigment ink pads are perfect for wood stamps. This ink pad is best for stamping on porous surfaces, like fabric or matte/uncoated papers. Please note that this ink will *NOT* dry on glossy, coated, or smooth surfaces. These ink pads are NOT compatible with self-inking stamps.

**UPDATE: Versacolor has changed the packaging on new ink pads. Some ink pads will still have the "old" packaging as shown in the photos, while some will have the "new" packaging. • Stamp pad measures approx. 2-3/8" x 3-3/4" (approx. 6 cm x 9.5 cm), with the actual ink pad area measuring about 2" x 3" (approx. 5cm x 7.6cm). The perfect size to pair with packagery's custom address stamps and book stamps.
• Ink is non-toxic, water-soluble, archival, and fade-resistant.
PLEASE NOTE: Pigment ink takes longer to dry than water-based inks. I suggest waiting at least 10 minutes for your ink to dry in order to prevent smearing. Do not stack envelopes together while drying, as this can cause the ink to smear.
• For use on uncoated/matte papers. This ink will NOT dry on coated, smooth, or glossy surfaces.
• Ink stamp pads will ship with a custom stamp if ordered together.
• These ink pads are *not* compatible with self-inking stamps.
• Best suited for light colored paper & envelopes.
• Not for use on fabric.
