Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

We price our items to fit party and event budgets whenever possible. As such, we are unable to offer discounts on small orders. If you need 100 or more of an item, please contact us to see if we are able to offer a discount.

I need my cape in a jiffy-can you help?

Yes! We ship our personalized capes in 2-3 business days plus shipping time. There are various shipping methods available at checkout. Please note their delivery times. If you choose the cheapest shipping method (standard/first class), we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain day because USPS doesn't.

My tracking says delivered, but it's not here. What can you do?

Once a package is showing delivered, there is nothing further we can do. If we do everything on our end, we can no longer be responsible for packages that get stolen from your box or porch or even are mis-delivered by USPS. If your package is 'lost' or sent to an old address, we will keep an eye out for it to be returned to us and work with you to get it out again. If it happened b/c you provided an incorrect address, you will need to pay the shipping again for us to put it back out to you. We are super careful with addresses, but if it is our typing mistake, we will absolutely fix it right up at our own expense!

How long before my party should I order capes?

We know you want to order as close to your party as possible and work with you so you have time to get the most accurate RSVP list you can. That said, we also want to make sure you actually receive your capes in time! :) We ship from PA and NC. If you are West Coast, please order 9-10 days out from your party to take advantage of regular (vs express) shipping. If you are East Coast, you can wait until the weekend before your party to order. *The exception to this would be anything personalized, in which case it's always a good idea to check with us and make sure we can accommodate a quick turnaround that week!
