While our products are hand made in limited batches, We do offer a wholesale program for the majority of our products. Some products are not available in wholesale. Wholesale orders typically take 2 to 5 days to process and 1 to 3 to ship. Orders can be placed by emailing us and enrolling in our wholesale program. Wholesalers must meet our resale requirements and first time applicants will be required to complete an application.

For individual qualities we are not able to offer personalized orders. We do offer custom printing and can modify any of our own designs or use one of your own for orders of 20 pieces or more. Please contact us for more details.

Generally speaking, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days. For items that are stocked, we process & ship the order if received by noon. Items that are nonstocked may take additional time to process. We ship out of upstate NY. Standard shipping generally takes 2-5 days to arrive for US domestic addresses and does not come with customer provided tracking. Priority comes with insurance, customer provided tracking, etsy carbon offset, and generally takes 1-3 days to arrive. In many cases both standard & priority will arrive on the same day, especially for light packages that are shipped on the east coast Each order is different and if you are unsure which option you should select please contact us and give us 24 hours for a reply.
