➤WHAT TO EXPECT
Once your map has been created we will send you a proof using the Etsy Conversation tool. We will not print or ship until we get your approval. To avoid delays please keep open communication with us once you’ve placed your order. If you do not receive email notifications from Etsy you should either:
(1) Turn on that option, within Etsy go to Account Settings > Emails > “Someone sends me a convo”.
(2) Check your Conversations regularly.

Please see our shop homepage (keepsakemaps.etsy.com) for current processing time. “Processing time” includes proofing, printing, and delivery to our shipper; it does not include transit time. Processing time will be affected by any delays you have in communicating with us.

➤Photo Block: The same semi-matte photo print as described below is pressure mounted onto a 3/4 inch thick black or silver trimmed heavy-duty laminate block. Provides a sturdy, yet lightweight alternative to a framed print. Block back contains strategically placed holes for hanging in either horizontal or vertical orientations, as well as a bar which can be used as a stand for tabletop display. ➤Print: Professional quality 260gsm/10.7mil semi-matte photo print, printed using fine art, 10-ink large format printers. 8”x10” prints are wrapped in acid-free glassine paper and shipped in a sturdy mailer. Larger prints are rolled up in acid-free glassine paper, inserted in a clear poly bag, and then put into a heavy weight cardboard tube.

➤ Refunds/Cancellations

Cancellation requests received PRIOR to proof creation will be granted and fully refunded, however once a proof has been sent to you (typically the day after your order has been placed), no refunds will be issued. All of our prints are custom made and it takes time to create them. What you pay is 90% expended to make your first proof. Please consider your purchase carefully before ordering and pay close attention to the item description. We will do our best to work with you to create the item that you envision.
