This former online class designed and taught by BARBARA SCHOENOFF is composed of two dancers in eighteenth century clothing caught at the very beginning or “salute” of the dance. Their position is fluid and their costumes are intricate. An intermediate skill level in sewing and doll making would be helpful but not absolutely necessary. Most important is bringing a desire to make dolls and have FUN.

Techniques include template patterning and pattern piecing, making a wire armature, articulating fingers, face and body sculpting, facial coloration, hair styling, and costuming.

Not made it yet, thought it was expensive for a pattern, however it is much larger than I thought . The instructions are very comprehensive so well worth it. Cannot wait to make it.
