Where, or how should I print?

Very easy, you can print from your own computer, take the files to a local print/photo shop or send to high quality online printing services. Note- It is best to use professional printing services on high quality paper.

What is a zip file and why can't I open it?

.zip is an archive, which contains the jpeg files. If you want to open the archive, you need a special program, such as 7-Zip. This program is free and you can download it at this link: http://7-zip.org After installing the software, just double-click on .zip file and select "extract".

Can the wording be changed in the design?

I only occasionally make custom orders. I accept small changes that we discussed before your order, but I reserve the right to refuse your request if I can't make it or if I do not have the time for it... I don't accept changes what we didn't discuss BEFORE your purchase
