I recommend any paint pen (oil or water based) as long as it is acid-free so it doesn't fade. These Frames are temporarily attached with heavy duty hook and loop tape/Command strips. Just grip each side of the frame and gently but firmly pull the frame off. Change out your photo and press the frame back on.
