Do you take custom orders?

Digital items / templates: Most of our digital images are sold as shown. Templates allow customisation, and demo links are included so you can try before you buy. We also accept custom requests — just message us with your idea and we’ll see how we can help. Physical items: Ephemera packs, journal dangles, and other curated items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be exactly replicated. If you’d like a specially curated pack, please email us to discuss. A one-off admin charge may apply, and we will provide a quote before confirming your order.

Turnaround & Shipping

Digital items: usually delivered instantly or within 24–48 hours for custom requests. Physical items: carefully packaged and posted via the method listed in each product. Combined shipping is available for multiple items. Please check each listing for current processing times.

Is there a limit on downloads or access for editable templates?

No, your access and downloads are unlimited, so you can edit and download your template as many times as needed. However, misuse of the template—including resale, sharing, or any unauthorized distribution—will trigger a fraud alert on your account. If flagged, your access will be revoked without warning, and further action may be taken. To avoid any issues, please ensure you are using the template for personal use only (or micro business/Charity) and in line with our terms. If unsure please convo before purchase

Vintage, Reclaimed & Handmade

Many of our physical items include genuine vintage elements, reclaimed materials, or handmade pieces. Some items are new, inspired by vintage designs, or printed in-house. Variations, textures, and signs of age are part of their charm. Each listing clearly states whether items are vintage, handmade, or newly created, so you know exactly what you’re getting.

Unique Packs & One-of-a-Kind Items

Ephemera packs, journal dangles, and stamp collections are curated with care. Contents vary from pack to pack — photos show examples only. Dangles are mounted on recycled business cards as an eco-conscious choice, not a cost-cutting measure. Stamps are mostly franked, international, and randomly selected for a fun, surprise element.

They may not be resold as vintage, handmade, or original, nor used commercially, unless otherwise agreed in writing. wordcount/size are set, please do not ask for less wording/larger sizes. With fewer words, you will get larger gaps, particularly in the central circle images and towards the bottom to allow us to create a straight left and right edge. Please carefully review the example pictures, if you do not like this please consider ordering a CORJL template instead. We CANNOT determine how each line will start/finish these item require careful alignment of text and ANY small tweaks can affect this formatting so NO CHANGES to the submitted order are permitted after we start work on your order.
