Why don't your kits have instructions?

We sell kits and instructions separately in order to best meet the needs of most of our customers. Our instructions tend to be multi-page, full-color instructions and are best viewed digitally, where you can zoom in on the photos. Some customers only need the tutorial, as they purchase jump rings in bulk elsewhere. Additionally, some customers already know how to make a certain weave and only need materials. This way, each chainmailler can mix-n-match to purchase exactly what is needed.

Create a dramatic—and surprisingly lightweight—statement necklace out of colorful aluminum “scales” and jump rings. Once you understand the pattern, you can easily (and quickly!) make bracelets and earrings. Adjust the orientation of the scales to create different textures.
