How do digital downloads work?

Digital invitations are a quick and easy way to get high quality invitations and other party printables. I design and you edit and print (or send via text). I use the Corjl platform which makes editing your items quick and easy. No extra software is required.

Details of what information you can edit can be found in each listing. For invitations it is generally the birthday person's name, the date, time & address of the party and the name and phone number for RSVP. You can use the demo link in each listing to 'try before you buy' to make sure the product is right for you. Please note: Graphics and borders cannot be changed or moved & the size of the template cannot be changed. Colors may appear different depending on your screen or monitor settings, as well as the printer you use.

I have purchased but my file is not attached to the download files

For editable items your template is not in the download files, the download file is simply to give information on how to access your template. A few minutes after completing checkout, you will receive an email from Corjl (sent to the same email associated with your Etsy account) with a link to your template. If you don't see the email be sure to check your junk/spam folder and if you still don't have it please reach out via Etsy message, I will be happy to help.

You can contact me via Etsy messages either before or after purchase if you have any questions or need assistance. I will always reply within 24 hours (usually much sooner) but please note I am located in Australia so if you are located overseas there will be a time difference that means my reply may take a little longer.

I have not received the email from Corjl

The email from Corjl to access your template is usually sent within a few minutes of completing your purchase on Etsy. If you have not received the email there are a few things you can do: Check to make sure you are using the email account associated with your Etsy account Check your spam / junk folder in case it has landed there Be sure you have not signed into Etsy using your Apple ID or paid with Apple pay - this hides your email address and Corjl is unable to send the email you need to access your template If you still do not have the email please contact me via Etsy message and I will be happy to assist. Remember I am in Australia so it may take me a little longer to get back to you due to a time difference.
