Where to find your file(s)

If you have purchased an editable design: Please check your email for the CORJL link to access your design. You can also log into your Corjl order by using the number of your transaction. I strongly recommend editing the design(s) from a computer using Google Chrome. If you have purchased a non-editable design: First, check your email spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, add transaction (at) etsy.com to your address book or safe list. If you checked out as a guest: You'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. ✉ If you have any questions or need any help with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Can I access my digital purchases from within my account?

Yes! To access your digital file(s) that are NOT editable as specified in the listing description, go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray. Kindly note, files cannot be downloaded from the Etsy Mobile App and the order must be accessed from a computer or an internet browser instead on your smartphone/tablet. For editable files, please check the "Where to find your file(s)" FAQ section above.

APPLE ID - Please make sure your email is not private

Please make sure your email address is not set to private when signing in with Apple ID as you will not receive the links from Corjl. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure their email address is not private in order to receive the links immediately after purchase. If you have already made a purchase and your email is private, please send me a message with the your email address and I will send you a new Corjl link.

I recommended to print on high-quality stock paper of at least 100lb or more. My personal favorite is linen paper or matte cardstock. For large signs, please make sure to check with your local or online print shops for the sizing and available materials. Please make sure to print the design is the size that is specified in the listing description for good results. Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colors may appear different on different monitors and mobile devices. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally. Colors may also look different from the original when printed. The variations depend on the printer brand and model, chosen printer settings, printer ink and the paper that is used.

Custom and personalized orders

I will be happy to make personalized items if my schedule permits it. Please contact me via Etsy Messages for more details. Please do not place an order for a custom item or size change without receiving confirmation from side first.

Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (ET). Kindly note that messages sent outside of working hours will be answered on the next business day. Please make sure to read the listing description or check the pictures for more details regarding accessing, editing, downloading and printing an item and the shop policies for other questions you might have. Please allow a response time of 72 hours to your messages. I will respond as soon as possible. If you have sent a message that has not received a reply during this time, please send a new one. I receive a lot of messages every day and one could go by unseen by mistake.
