After purchase - I can't access my Google Sheets template, how do I get my spreadsheet?

After purchasing your template, you can access it through the download link provided in your Etsy order. If the spreadsheet opens in View Only mode or you're unable to edit it, follow these steps: 1. Make sure you're signed in to your Google account. 2. Open the spreadsheet and go to File → Make a copy in the top menu. 3. Save your own copy to Google Drive. You'll then have full access to edit and customize your spreadsheet. Still having trouble? Here are a few things you can try: - Open the spreadsheet using a computer or laptop. - Make sure you have enough available storage space in Google Drive. - Try opening the link in a different browser (Chrome is recommended). - Double-check that you're signed in to the correct Google account.

I can't download my purchase on my phone, what am I doing wrong?

At this time, digital downloads can't be downloaded on the Etsy mobile app. They will need to be accessed on a mobile browser (while making sure to log out of the app), or on a laptop/desktop. Once you've accessed the template you can then use it on your mobile phone :)

What is a spreadsheet template?

A spreadsheet template is a pre-formatted file to help you jumpstart your budgeting or planning. It's as easy as downloading the template and using it instantly! All our templates are editable by Google Sheets. The templates are also fully editable and customizable. Change the texts, titles, sections, colors, and fonts! You can personalize it according to your needs. However, the cells of the spreadsheets are protected by default to prevent accidental changes to formulas, but you can easily unprotect the sheet if you want to change anything!

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Since our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final, and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges once a purchase has been downloaded. If you accidentally placed an order, please contact us as soon as possible without downloading any of the files. We'll be happy to check the download status of your order and help you with a cancellation if none of the items in your purchase have been downloaded. Please note that if any item in your order has already been downloaded, we won't be able to cancel or refund the purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, feel free to reach out to us. We're always happy to help!

I have trouble downloading my files

You can download your files directly from your Etsy account here: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases Downloading on a phone or tablet? Please copy and paste the link above into your mobile browser (Safari or Google Chrome) and sign in to your Etsy account. Etsy does not currently support digital downloads through its mobile app, so you'll need to use a web browser instead. Don't have an Etsy account? If you checked out as a guest, Etsy will send your download link to the email address you provided at checkout. Be sure to check your inbox and spam/junk folder. Still having trouble? Just send us a message through Etsy, and we'll be happy to help you access your files!

Is your product available in other languages?

At this time, all of our products are offered in English only. While some customers choose to translate the spreadsheets for their own personal use, we do not currently provide official multi-language support.
