Custom and personalized orders

I am happy to personalize existing listings or create a custom listing if you don't see what you need. Message me with the details of your request! There will be an additional fee for either service.

When will my download be available?

If you ordered an Instant Digital Download, your purchase will be available to download within a few minutes. If you ordered a personalized download, your purchase will be available within the timeframe stated in the listing details. Most personalized orders have a turn around of 48 hours or less

How do I download my purchase?

Etsy will send you an email with a download link once your purchase is available. Be sure to provide Etsy with your current and correct email address. You can also download your purchase from your Etsy account as long as you log in to Etsy on a computer (or from a browser- not the app- on your phone). Go to the Purchases section and you can download there.

Can I use your product for commercial purposes?

My listings can be used for commercial purposes ONLY when paired with YOUR product. For example, bakers can absolutely pair my tags with their cookies. Printing and selling my product on it's own is prohibited without my express permission, which I can provide on a case by case basis. Message me if you have questions or would like to be considered for commercial use.
