If a proof is not requested when the order is placed, we will move to production and get your order processing as quickly as possible.

If a proof is requested, you will receive an artwork proof in an Etsy message. Please make sure you have a current email on file in your Etsy account to get notified.

Once artwork is approved, order moves to production...a delay in proof approval or excessive changes can delay the ship date and require additional fees to make sure the order gets to you on time.

To ensure we don't miss your important date: Proofs that are requested and not approved within 2 days will move to final production. We will assume that all of the information you entered at check out is correct. We won't be responsible for incorrect information if you have not approved the requested proof and it moves to final production.
